is an invalid URL; "download.oracle.com" works OK, but guess what? It is exactly the same page as the one I have suggested.

That link is broken, which probably means that product isn't available right now. I would contact Oracle Sales and ask them if the product still exists, or if it is currently being refreshed to a new version. I don't think there is any kind of magic to get the product other than through the downloads section of Oracle.com. If you have a Metalink account, you might consider opening up a ticket.
