connect screen appears while trying to run oracle reports [message #411662]

Hi

We are having oracle forms 4.5 and reports 2.5

Database is oracle 9.2.0.8

When a particular user tries to run a particular report, he is getting the connect screen-:

Only this user is facing this problem and that too for the past one week.

What could be the problem?

The problem is in the number of useless empty lines.

This problem is arising because the report's database entry in the TNS of the user has been altered. Fix that up and the screen will disappear
