Dear friends

I have a leave application form.Ater the user fills the form and generates a report, i want the form to be send to the Head for approval.

First I was trying to mail from form bt could not succeed.
Now I am trying to email a full report to the head.

Can anyone please guide me step by step on how to achieve this...either from form or report....
