What did you try so far?
Your requirement is not clear.
Post a working Test case: create table and insert statements along with the result you want with these data.
Also always post your Oracle version (4 decimals).

It's a report question. I want to be able to manipulate date after query. I hope i'm making sense here.

Did you try formula column or analytical LAG/LEAD functions?
