How to Restrict Number of Rows in Reports 6i for example i want that maximum 10 rows displayed on a single match

I don't have Reports 6i to check, but I guess it won't cost much if you try it: as we are speaking Reports here, perhaps you'd be interested in setting the "Maximum rows to fetch" query property to some value (10 in your case):
