Hi
I required to change the Initial Value given in the User Parameter
When the user change Acknowledgment Number then the changed Acknowledgment number is update in Report. When the user re_Run the report their will be required to displaying the user changed value in the previous run time.
If it is possible, Please reply me.

As far as I can tell, not possible in Reports' Parameter Form.
You could, though, create your own "parameter form" using, for example, Oracle Forms Builder, create a "history table" which would keep previous parameter values (as well as users who used them) and make it possible to select previously entered values from a list of values.
