Cannot login as sysdba using isqlplus [message #386073]

Good Morning All,

I've installed 10g few days ago and I can access isqlplus using http://machinename:5560/isqlplus as access it using system user. But when I try to using isqlplusdba instead it gives me the "The webpage cannot be found" error. I went though all the posts posted here and did everything possible (create a password file using htpasswd utility etc) Can someone please guide me or maybe suggest if I'm doing something wrong.
