reports background engine has stopped working in vista business

Hi friends,

can any one tell me solution of this problem
"reports background engine has stopped working in vista"

this message appear when we try to generate some reports using oracale report tool.
after this message all programs closed automatically .
What is the solutions??
Please solve this .....

Is your Reports version certified with MS Windows Vista?

NO, reports version not certified with windows vista ..
than what to do??
