Hello Experts,

I am using oracle reports(10.1.2.0.2).
I have a value which is stored in the database as 79.8 and I need to display it in a report as $0.798. Right now I am using the format mask as LNNNGNNNGNN0D00 but it is convertin it to $.80.Is there a way to do it other than by Trunc in the query itself.

Thanks

Certainly; three digits after the decimal character are required in this case.

However: if column value is 79.8 and you want to display it as 0.798, wouldn't you first have to divide column value with 100 in order to properly display it?
