You can open a TAR in metalink. Upon creation, it will ask you if you have anything you would like to send to Oracle; answer yes. At the ned of your TAR creation, it will alow you to upload any file you need for Oracle to view. You can then contact them and reference the TAR at which you uploaded your report.
