My function are executing fine but there is one sign on them
"Toggle Compiling with Debug". Can any explain me what is that.

Something to toggle the compiling with debug.

Since you never even mention in what tool that is, how do you think someone will be able to answer?

my teacher also use to say that where there ia an ambiquity or no definite plan of execution on procedure / function, apply
Toggle Compiling with Debug. ofcourse i do not know what does it mean?

So what do you actually MEAN when you say you don't know what "Toggle Compiling with Debug" means?

Do you know not what toggling means?

Do you not know what compiling means?

Do you not know what debugging means?

Do you not know DMBS_DEBUG?

Do you not know what the DEBUG clause in the create / alter package statement does?

What is the actual question here?

Here's how I understood the problem: the original poster uses TOAD 8.6 (those who live by the GUI ... /forum/fa/1597/0/

). His functions function properly, but there's an ugly, green bug which says "Toggle compiling with debug".

So

if you pin the bug, your functions will be compiled with the debug option
if you release it, your functions will be compiled without the debug option
