I am working in a tablespace containing approximtely 250 tables. All of these have indexes. Typically I have found that the tables user_cons_columns and user_constraints contain info related to a tables index. The tables contain no information on indexes. How can I tell if the indexes are actually working?

Thanks,

Tom

you can use explain plan for specific SQL statements to see if the index is being used.
