Hi,

Switch back to your old libraries, startup and do SHUTDOWN NORMAL from svrmrgl. After that you can switch to the new software libraries.

$ oerr ora 331
00331, 00000, "log version %s incompatible with ORACLE version %s"
// *Cause: The log was written by incompatible version of Oracle.
// *Action: Recover the database with the compatible software, shut it
// down cleanly, then restart with current software.

Best regards.
