In my production database OEM console i seen that LOAD and PAGING values.
Those are

Load 0.36
Paging 0.20
=======================

Actually i am not aware of those values.

1. Please describe those terms?
2. How those affects the performance?
3. And what is the ideal range for those values for good performance?
