hi suresh,
can u help me running scripts
1) @utlraw 2)@prvtrawb.plb 3)@dbmsoctk
4)@prvtoctk.plb 5)@dbmsrand
i get the message " unable to open file @utlraw" etc.
any other help regarding this.

give full path and run those scripts.

Example:

SQL>@c:oracleora81rdbmsadminutlraw.sql

path depends on your oracle home directory
