Sir,
I am unable to call reports from my application i.e thru forms.
but I can run individual reports.

Could you give us more information about what exactly you are trying to do, like the procedure or package you are using to invoke the report, the parameters you are passing, your os version etc

Sir,
Actually we are running one aplication based on oracle forms 6 and reports6,now if I try to call the report from within the FORM then it hangs.
There is no specific parameter as such coz, for all the forms i'm unable to run the reports.
I am using os-windows xp.
But I tried running the same rdf/rep file's from reports runtime ,its working fine.

Is this because of wrong path set in the registry.

Please advise.

does the system hang or is it just do not open??

check your print spooler service also. if it is stopped just turn it on. i had a similar problem like this once and this solved my problem

Sir,
After calling the report the apllication hangs and nothing else.
I have checked the print spooler service its on, even then I am having the same problem.

Actually Report background engine does not come.

Could you post the fmb and rdf which you are using?? and the ddl
