Create dynamic 'where' depending on the input of the parameter form /* the "after parameter form" trigger */ for the select statement.

It can be done by using LEXICAL PARAMETER.

Read more about it in Report Builder's Help, and search the board (now that you know keywords); there's been an answer to such a question several days ago.
