I want to make career as oraclle PL/SQL developer,
which other skills do i require along with PL/SQL.
are there any chance for freshers in pl/sql devloper

You can make the career in ORACLE PLSQL becauase it has a great future i think so.
Even i was also thinking in the same way when i was fresher.
So i think first of all you learn basics in plsql perfectly be confident on the core knowledge then learn other tools for oracle such as Toad, PLSql develper etc.
