Hi all
To create a report i had to write a query and in that query i have fields in the following order
scoping
negotiation
signature
but when i see the report in the plus and viewer i get the order as
scoping
signature
negotiation.
Can any one please advice me as to hot ot fix it.

Wency, I believe this question is about discoverer and the functionality you describe seems to be reports.
Aarti,
the order in which rows show up depends on a lot of factors, so you can never rely on it to show up in any given order, unless you explicitely tell the tool you're using to order the data and how.
So, if you want it to show up in a specific order other then alphabetically, you should have a column with a sort ordering number or something like that. Do you have that?
