Arabic language in Reports 10g [message #324608]

I created a report which holds arabic language and the problem
is the arabic language can be seen in paper design but when the comes to brouser the arabic language is changing to ?????
please help

Hi,

I too have the same problem. In print preview, it is showing the arabic characters properly but in printout it showing some junk characters.

Please help to resolve this problem.

hi all,
i have asked help for this problem before also,
in my report i have arabic language which is ok upto to
paper design and when i am running the brouser the arabic
words are changing to some other language please help..

Dear All,

Now I could successfully store, retrive and print the arabic scripts for a small change I made.

From the registry (both Database server and Terminal Server), I changed NLS_LANG AS "AMERICAN_AMERICA.AR8MSWIN1256" in place of
"AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1".

Earlier I tried unsuccessfully since I made change only in the Terminal server.

I am using Oracle 9i, Forms 6i.
