Hi,

we are considering installing an oracle client 10g on z/OS mainframe. The oracle server is already installed on Unix. This is just the start of the project. If any one could provide me any details about this would be much appreciated. Any related details/documents would be very helpful.

Thanks,

Sandeep

Did you check the Documentation section of the Oracle Technology Network? It contains all relevant information you need to know.

Also, you might want to check whether this operating system is certified with Oracle client version (so that you wouldn't waste your time doing something that is about to fail (sooner or later)); do that by checking Oracle Certification Matrices.
