Is there a way to show non unique numbers from a field?
I have a list of employee numbers that have duplicate assignment numbers. All I want to see is those duplicates, is this possible.

Yes, you can create a calculation with a RANK function in it (see SQL reference for details) and then add a filter on RANK > 1.
