HI all

We are using Oracle10g R2 and Data Guard for transfer data from Primary to Standby.
Is there any possible transfer data except TEMP tablespace?

Best Regards

Data guard is not for data transfer.
you can use DATAPUMP(EXPORT/IMPORT) utility, SQL*LOADER.

As far as I know, there is no data regarding TEMP tablespace transfered between primary and standby database as temporary data are useless to recover a database.

This is what I meant: there is nothing to do, data from all tablespaces are transfered except temp tablespace.
"Transfer" means here change vectors are forwarded and applied to standbyand not that data are directly forwarded.

Michel
