hello
im supposd to setup replication for my production
database,

i have a 10g database on windows xp
and i only tested replication using oem at home on a
single host, but its hard and confusing ...

shall i go for multimaster or mv replication ?
or shall i choose streams ?
if i manually created mv on a database that refresh
periodicaly from the master database is that called
also mv replication?

in case of failover how to swith to use the
materialized views instead of the master database
tables ....

whats the pros and cons of each one, which one is
easier to implement ? can i use streams on oracle 9i ?

i know thats to much questionssss but the documentation
didnt help me much...
please help
thanks for ur time in advance
