Hi experts,

I had a table with identity column,I have modified table to drop identity so identity column no longer exists. But I still get error OGG-01896 :Table has an identity column which is not supported.

How can resolve this issue without dropping whole table?

This looks suspiciously like trolling: pretending to be stupid, in order to make people angry. However, I shall be generous and assume that it is not a pretense.

You need to upgrade your GoldenGate to the current release. Release 12.3.0.1 cannot handle identity columns.

you need to skip the transactions that happened while identity column existed:

alter replicat rep1 begin now
start replicat rep1
