When was the last time the 2 nodes showed the same time?
What changed since then?

How can we reproduce what you report?

Hi,

this issue is occurring in non prod env and it was reported by the testing team. I apologize we are not aware of this, as when we asked testing team they were not sure when it was correct last time.

thanks

What is observed when sqlplus is used on node2?

What is OS name & version on both node1 & node2?

What is OS time on both node1 & node2?

Do you get same incorrect results from multiple remote client using sqldeveloper?
IMO, the problem originates with the client & not the DB Server or database itself.

At the present, I am out of ideas or possible explanations for what you report.
I'd like to say that what you report should not be possible, but since are reporting reality, I must be overlooking something.

Consider to post problem to URL below.
