As I developed PLSQL XML parsing using WSDL, (<xs:element maxOccurs="unbounded" minOccurs="0" name="locationQualityData" type="S8:LocationQualityData" />) => In XML sometimes we wont get this TAG since as its mentioned minOccurs="0", then how to handle this type of scenarios. I mean, how to ignore TAG if we wont get TAG from XML otherwise I need to parse it?
