Hello a change has been made in a record oracle, it knows the user but we would like to identify the name of the computer, thanks Confused

It may not be possible to learn the name of the computer.

Was change done by 3-tier application?

If this is a change that has happened and you have no code to record which machine was used then you have no way of finding out for sure.
You may be able to find out which machine a particular user is connected from, depending on the architecture of the application, but even if you can find that out you can't know if that was the machine used in the past.
