There's a book about a Spanish guy named Manual; you should read it.

OK, I'll say it slowly: manuals are books that describe software (in our case). The manual you should read is named "Oracle Reports User's Guide to Building Reports". It contains section "4.2.3.1 Using the Auto Save Feature" which clearly describes what to do in order to enable automatic recovery, as you put it.

As OraFAQ Forum Guide emphasizes under 1:
The Guide

1. SEARCH both this forum & GOOGLE BEFORE posting!
why didn't you first search for the answer yourself? There are trivial problems (such as yours) which can easily be solved simply by reading the documentation. But nooooo, why would you read it when it is easier to wait and be spoonfed?

Yes, I found it myself.
The simple question I'm sorry.
Just please do not judge too early because I had a way to fix it at that link.
