Hi,
I am trying to simulate Block recovery. So, to perform it, I need to simulate block corruption.

My datafiles are stored in ASM and looking for options to corrupt the blocks for the particular tablespace. Can anyone please do let me know is there a way to open particular datafile for a tablespace in ASM.

All tablespaces are stored in same Diskgroup in ASM.

I tried UltraEdit but I am unable open the datafile under ASM, however, i was able to do under regular fs.
