Hi,

Issue 1:
I have rdbms version 10.1.0.4.0.
There is a replicated environment with 2 nodes for oracle database and the state of the node is standby when this issue occurs.
We are getting ORA-0600/ORA-07445 causing instance failure over a period of time.

Few common errors are listed below

Errors in file /data1/dump/udump/optical1_ora_834.trc:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcbgtcr_6], [1], [], [], [], [], [], []

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ksuxds()+5548] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000148] [] [].

Can you please help us out in find the cause.

Issue 1.

ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink/MOS and/or call Oracle support
Have a look at alert.log and trace files.
You can also read this article: Troubleshooting Internal Errors.

Issue 2.

What has this to do with Oracle?
Which "upload File" button?

Regards
Michel

Hi Michel,

Thanks for the quick reply.
We had already opened a case with oracle but unfortunately there is no support corresponding to this release.
Corresponding to issue 2, I wanted to upload bdump file but it was not uploading it.

Are you able to upload another file?
What does mean "it was not uploading"? Error?
You want to upload using what? From what?

Michel

Hi Michael

Attached bdump error snapshot.
Can you please pinpoint to any specific causes from the error traces.
