Dear all,

is it a bad practice to install a application schema in root container?

to me if I install the application schema in root container, it looks like we are going back to non-multitenant database architecture.

many thanks in advance

any official document that explicitly said that we should not create any application schema in root?

And just like there is no restriction on creating an EMP table-alike table in the System or Sysaux tablespaces, just because it's possible to do, you should never, ever, actually do it!

remember that application data should be stored on Application PDB only!

did not mentioned about explicitly stating that it is bad practice to create schema in root container.

many thanks in advance!
