I have an IT admin that refuses to grant privileges to a module in Oracle discoverer 10g because the admin that left did that and does not seem to want to pick up his job.

Ive been trying to educate him on how to set permissions.

His latest excuse is that Oracle discoverer admin runs on xp amd therefore he cannot or will not do it.

I need some help on getting this done.

Any ideas?
