I received this complain that database is running slow, I checked database response is good.
But this particular developer complaining, anyway ran explain plain for his query below are the results, I don't know how to read this plan Embarassed , please need input from experts.
please see attached file, here reading was not possible.

Why is it not possible to read? You do of course need to show the whole plan, with the predicate section, if you are looking for advice.

And you should really copy and paste the text of the explain plan in code tags as described here: How to use [code] tags and make your code easier to read?
rather than attaching an image.

If you are looking for information on how to do SQL Tuning, I refer you to my book on SQL Tuning which can be found on Amazon.

Before you buy the book, here is the free promotional chapter (chapter 1), the book's script file, and a reference document on SQL Tuning. Read the first chapter, and then if you like what you read, go ahead to Amazon and get the book.

In particular, please pay attention to the reference document as it will help you understand what information needs to be provided in order for someone else to help you do some SQL Tuning. If you can get this info, or have someone help you get this info, and then post it here, our team can give you much better advice.
