Hi

A little bit OT. Sorry.
Does Amazon share customer data with publisher and book author? For example Google shares customer data with App developers. Apple doesn't. How about Amazon?

Right, but - Community Hangout forum is meant to contain discussions not strictly related to Oracle. Not that I'm particularly interested in this subject, I just think that there's nothing wrong in this question.

No problem with it here - unlocked. It was originally in Training and Certification.

As for an answer:
@OP, you could ask Amazon. Or read their terms and conditions.

I am both Publisher and Author with Amazon. I can tell you without reservation that the answer is no. In particular, I had one person who had submitted feedback on one of my books via a Kindle notes feature. He thought they were getting to me and eventually emailed me about it. I contacted Amazon about gaining access to these notes in case some other readers had done the same. I was informed that no information about customers is ever passed on to the author/publisher.
