You have to FIRST install Oracle on your PC.
Then the simplest way is to create a database on your PC, export the original database and import it in the PC one.

Are you sure if the system crash this has something with the database, above all if it is the application server which crashed.

In addition, I doubt you will "enhance the database", most of the time (9999 out of 10000) you have to enhance the application.

Michel

Client or Server Oracle?

You first create a database.
Oracle is not a toy, you cannot use it without reading the documentation.
You can create a database using DBCA.

Thank you very much for the documents .

I have installed the oracle.

In oracle plus login , what user name should I give ( 1st login ) , and pass word and host string . ( i.e oracle default).

The I want to create a user name with detasad and detasad , with host string storedb .

The above is the database which crashed .

You have to FIRST create a database.
But I advice you to stop here now, the only thing you will is to waste your time and our time.
Hire a consultant who will debug that for you.
