Hi every body .
I'm having a problem do not hold the correct data format when I export excel reports from the BI publisher.
I have a Field and Field, which has a value equal to '012345 '. When I export reports to Excel, I get a value of 12,345 and is now the number of data. I want that value to be retained as formatted text. and it should be '012345 '.
I tried CTRL + SHIFT + SPACE. But at this data it was added to a character insert Special Characters. I want it to keep the format when I export report to excel.
Please help me

Hi,

Usually for formatting issues in excel just add a space bar after the data field in the rtf.

Most of the number formatting issues in excel will be solved.

Rgds,
skaundinya.

You can add any character to the field (i.e ',#," etc) make this as invisible or color it to background color generally it as background while color
