http://www.puschitz.com/
and see whether you have installed all binaries and pre-requisites.
Do all the steps are mentioned.
If problem persists, please post again.

Are you sure the os user oracle has permissions on /tmp and /tmp is atleast of 60m?

all the users have all permissions on /tmp and the /tmp has 30Gb off free space.... all is correct, but it didn't work...,
who can help me?

are you installing oracle from a CD media or downloaded from oracle.com?
Did you download into a different OS machine and copied the files to this machine?
One possibility is the some files are corrupt.
Please open a TAR with metalink.

the error was in the name of destination source.. of install package.. in the name were symbols like "()" ... I removed them and the installation were successful. Smile thanks

or

The installer fails if the /tmp folder has more than 2TB of free disk space in it.

Do something like this to temporarily fill some up and then the installer will work OK:

dd if=/dev/zero of=zero.1tb bs=65536 count=16000000
