Good morning Earnie!

I am trying to setup logon/logoff auditing for our databases which reside in 9i and 10G on sun solaris servers. I am asked to turn on auditing sending the audit data to syslog! How exactly do you do that? Can you please send me details?

when all else fails Read The Fine Manual

http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14200/statements_4007.htm#i2059073

It would be helpful if you followed Posting Guidelines - http://www.orafaq.com/forum/t/88153/0/
