Michel,

Don't you have better things to do than post answers here on a Sunday?

Do you have any interest in what is happening in the Tour De France?

Will you be at the finish next Sunday since it will practically be in your back yard?

http://www.camzone.com/

I live about 1 mile North & 1 mile East of the Del Mar Beach CAM

HAND!

I'm not interested in sports but you're Tour de France passes really near my backyard... less than 1/4 mile.

Nice beach but I'm more a "green" person than a "blue" one, I have a beautiful garden from which I can answer to OraFAQ forums. Wink

Regards
Michel

I don't see how you find the time to post with such frequency living in that environment. I hope your posting while on the beach !!

The Del Mar Beach CAM is at the 29th street main Life Guard station.
The beach goes for about 1 mile north to where the San Dieguito River empties into the Pacific.
Just across Camino Del Mar (old US Route 101) is the Del Mar Fairgrounds & the Del Mar (Horse) Race Tracks.
This is where the Surf Meets the Turf.
I have WIFI & can sit on the patio and be online.
From the patio I can watch the horse races AND see the surf breaking on "Dog's Beach".

Unfortuantely my boss expects me in the office; except on the day after a long night.
The aerial photo clearly shows my roof if you know where to look.
For those in the US http://zillow.com provides an interesting perspect.
In Sunday's Union-Tribune Real Estate section, it reported that for Del Mar (92014) the median price for a SFR was down 22% to $1.3M
