Hmmm. I see opportunity for a exchange (student) beer program. A six-pack from your homeland goes to spend an all too brief stay with an overseas family.
Let's see, what little Aussie battlers could I send out into the big-bad that you can't get anywhere but here?
There's lots of micros around, but that's just cheating. I'm thinking of a local beer thats big enough to stand on its own two feet, but just hasn't got the international break.
Some of you guys might like a Coopers Pale-Ale, or perhaps a James Boag Premium (although it might have found its way onto a boat by now). Red-back would probably be my choice though - micro brewery roots, but now quite common in all Australian capitals.

Hah! Time for a pint! Sorry for my absence the last couple of days but it has been hectic around here. And it won't be better for the next weeks. A deadline is approaching and things were getting horribly wrong. We haven't got much time left to get it back on track. Keep up the good work, all of you, and I hope to rejoin you soon.

Hey man, do like everybody else does: post your requirements here, add a little "URGENT" note to it and Bob's your uncle!
Good luck Maarten!

Is there anyone else out there that can confirm it has been sunny in North Yorkshire for the past four months now?
I'm getting kinda jealous here..

Christmas lunch with the family on Saturday.
Drinks Menu:
- Duvel (1st time for me - magnificent)
- Leffe Blonde (I can see the attraction, but I'm not a fan)
- No 8 Wheat (A Russian wheat beer. No English / Roman letters on the bottle, the importer's label just called it No. 8 Wheat. Very impressive - I'll drink it again)
- Saporo (Japan) - Just because the can is impressive
My brother brought two different European beers made in champagne bottles. One at 11.5%, one regular strength. Don't recall the names. In fact, he arrived late, so I don't recall much about these at all.
A very merry Christmas

Michael Palin and John Cleese could do wonders with this material.
I'm sure that thread reminds me of a Monty Python sketch, but I can't recall which one. Dead Parrot and Cheese Shop come to mind, but I'm sure there's another where the straight-man is just plain thick, not deliberately avoiding the topic. Maybe something out of Holy Grail...?

Those guys shouldn't just be hailed as Aces, they should be canonised for tolerating the OTN forum UI for over 1000 posts. I've got a pretty low UI pain threshold. Maybe a few Duvels would help...?
